Louis Vuitton Enhances the Pure V Collection

Louis Vuitton is enhancing its contemporary interpretation of the emblematic V motif by enriching the Pure V collection with eight new High Jewellery pieces. An ode to the avant-garde.

A key figure in the renowned Decorative Arts Exhibition hosted in Paris in 1925, Gaston-Louis Vuitton stood out as a fervent admirer of the Art Deco movement. His window displays showcased sleek lines and geometric forms, echoing the visual identity of his personal monogram: the three-colour V.

This abstract aesthetic – the epitome of optimism and a resolute pivot towards the future – has since been a guiding light in the House’s history.

Starting in 2014, every single piece of the Louis Vuitton Acte V High Jewellery collection has featured the V designed by Gaston-Louis Vuitton during the Art Deco era. In 2021, the Pure V collection harnessed white gold and diamond to pen a new chapter dedicated to this journey of innovation.

A new creative dimension

In 2025, this collection ushers the iconic Monogram into a new creative dimension.

Indeed, eight new High Jewellery creations combine boldness and sophistication to celebrate the power of a design defined by its modernist approach. Certainly, these shimmering pieces unveil a constellation of exceptional diamonds. Gemstones weave a canvas made of light, where the capital V accentuates three-dimensional structures that defy the laws of perspective. The legendary initial unfurls across necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and a ring. Its graphic architecture guides the utter precision of every stroke, which recurs infinitely into a vivid interplay of surfaces, volumes, and proportions. On a necklace and a bracelet, the iconic motif’s pyramids draw the eye towards a central ornament in the form of a statement V, whose alluring power is heightened through the use of baguette-cut diamonds.

Pure V – an exploration of every dimension

Finally, brought to life through a superimposition of lines, triangles, and pyramids, this precious latticework adorns necklaces and bracelets with the remarkable suppleness of its scrupulous articulation. It shapes earrings and traces its diagonal lines across a sculptural ring. The sophisticated designs of the necklaces and bracelets are only enhanced by invisible clasps, while an impeccably precise level of craftsmanship awakens an impression of movement, energy, and rhythm. Surely, the bold design choices furthered by Pure V – an exploration of every dimension – provide a new expression of Louis Vuitton High Jewellery’s boundless creativity, aesthetic vocabulary, and expertise.
