The Galaxy Z Fold 7 is designed for those who want the convenience and feel of a regular smartphone but with the extra power and screen space when it is unfolded, all in one sleek device. The thin, lightweight build and bigger cover display make it easy to use on the move, making typing and browsing smooth and comfortable when folded.

• The Galaxy Z Fold 7 weighs just 215 grams, making it even lighter than the Galaxy S25 Ultra.
• When you fold the phone, it measures only 8.9 mm thick and opens to 4.2 mm.
• The cover screen offers a roomy 6.5-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a wider 21:9 aspect ratio for better viewing.

The main display is 11 percent bigger than before, so you have even more room to work across different apps.

• The 8-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen shows rich contrast, deep blacks and vivid detail whether you are watching movies or juggling tasks.

• With Vision Booster and a peak brightness of up to 2600 nits, the screen stays bright and clear even when you are outside in direct sunlight.

The Galaxy Z Fold 7 feels slim and light but is tough enough for daily life. It can take all the folding and the bumps of being carried around, thanks to its redesigned hinge and durable foldable screen.

• The Armour FlexHinge feels slimmer and lighter because of a new water droplet design and a multi-rail structure that reduces creases and spreads out stress to make it tougher.
• The cover display uses Corning® Gorilla® Glass Ceramic 2, which has crystals inside the glass to help prevent cracks while keeping it thin.
• The frame and hinge use Advanced Armour Aluminium, making them 10 percent stronger and harder.
• The main screen is slimmer but stronger thanks to a Titanium layer and thicker Ultra-Thin Glass that adds extra durability.

Samsung powers the Galaxy Z Fold 7 with its best-in-class processor, specially optimised for the Galaxy experience. It makes AI tasks like real-time language translation and Generative Edits faster and smoother.

• The Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy boosts performance by 41 percent in NPU, 38 percent in CPU and 26 percent in GPU compared to the previous generation, letting the Galaxy Z Fold 7 handle more AI tasks on-device without slowing down.

AI-powered imaging adjusts lighting and sharpness automatically, keeping your photos and videos clear and vivid even in low light, like at special dinners or cosy late-night cafés.

• Photo Assist helps you move, erase or resize objects, adjust angles and fill in backgrounds with smart AI. Portrait Studio captures lively expressions, even of pets, while Generative Edit cleans up your photos by removing distractions and filling in backgrounds. It’s now even smarter with Suggest Erases, which spots people passing by so you can easily remove them.
• Side-by-Side Editing and Show Original let you compare your edits with the original photo in real time on the big screen, making it easier to decide what looks best.
• Audio Eraser got an upgrade, too. It now has a new toggle in the Gallery that finds and removes annoying background noises like wind or traffic from your videos.

Portrait Studio captures vibrant expressions, including pets, while Generative Edit refines images by removing distractions and filling backgrounds now smarter with Suggest Erases, which detects passersby for easy removal.
• Side by Side Editing and Show Original allow for real-time comparisons between the original and edited images on the large screen, simplifying creative decisions.

• Gemini Live is now enhanced with multimodal AI that understands what users see, say and do, enabling them to ask contextual questions by typing or speaking — with no need to switch apps. With screen or camera sharing on Gemini Live, users can show Gemini what they are viewing to receive instant insights.
• Circle to Search provides gaming tips precisely when needed. Simply circle an item on screen for instant results in a floating view that keeps the experience uninterrupted.
• Galaxy AI optimised for large screens maximises productivity by displaying AI-generated results in a separate Split or Floating View, leaving original content unobstructed. Users can drag and drop AI-generated content directly from Multi Window. With tools like Drawing Assist and Writing Assist, moving ideas and visuals is easier than ever.

The Galaxy Z Fold 7 will be available for pre-order from 9 July, with general availability commencing on 25 July. It will be offered in Blue Shadow, Silver Shadow, and Jet Black colour options.
