Uitkyk releases 10-year-old Grand Reserve Potstill Estate Brandy
The latest release Uitkyk 10-Year-Old Grand Reserve potstill brandy is a beautiful rendition of a true estate brandy: elegant and complex. Winemaker Estelle Lourens says each cultivar selected from the Uitkyk estate, dating back to 1712, contributes to the flawless, flavourful and well-balanced end-product. Autumn amber in colour, the brandy is rich with lively fruit and spice and laced with berries, vanilla, cloves and hints of tropical fruit. The finish is smooth and complex with lingering spice and earthy notes in the background.
