Laphroaig Taste Trailblazer at Acid Bar

Acid Bar partners with Laphroaig as part of their Taste Trailblazers campaign for a unique dining experience. They have paired the smokey and sweet flavours of Laphroaig whisky with a four-course menu. Event host, Brand Ambassador Steven Zylstra focuses on the theme of “Funk”, highlighting natural wine and Laphroaig-inspired cocktails with flavours from the East.

The four-course meal features the Laphroaig flavour pillars of Salt, Peat, and Fire. Expert pairings with a different Laphroaig Libation bring out the best in both the food and drink.

Enjoy a unique dining experience with people who love to serve and are inspired by flavour! Co-founders Chef Jes Doveton and wine expert Jemma Styer opened Acid Food and Wine Bar in late 2022.
