Rolex is presenting a new gem-set version of its Oyster Perpetual Lady-Datejust. This watch, crafted from 18 ct yellow gold, showcases the captivating shine of the diamonds that adorn every surface.

Features of the Rolex Lady-Datejust

This Oyster Perpetual Lady-Datejust in 18 ct yellow gold features a diamond-paved dial and a diamond-set President bracelet. The light reflects on the case sides. The lugs highlight the elegant profile of the 28 mm Oyster case, which also boasts a diamond-set bezel.

The Lady-Datejust is in the lineage of the Datejust. This emblematic model has long been a byword for style and accurate timekeeping.

18-carat Yellow Gold

Rolex has the unrivalled ability to cast the highest quality 18 ct gold alloys by operating its own foundry.

The proportion of silver, copper, platinum or palladium added yields different types of 18 ct gold. The different types are yellow, pink or white.

The alloys are manufactured with the purest metals and painstakingly inspected using cutting-edge equipment before the gold is moulded and fashioned with precise attention to detail. Rolex’s dedication to excellence starts at the source.

The case of this new Lady-Datejust boasts 158 brilliant-cut diamonds on the case sides and lugs, as well as 44 brilliant-cut diamonds on the bezel. The President bracelet sparkles with a further 596 brilliant-cut diamonds. The dial, paved with 291 diamonds, features elegant 18 ct yellow gold Roman numerals with a black finish.

Also, the new version of the Lady-Datejust features Calibre 2236, a movement at the forefront of watchmaking technology.

Diamond-Set Bezel

A new-generation concealed Crownclasp, opened with a hinged Rolex crown, adds the final aesthetic and functional touch to these sumptuous bracelets.

Calibre 2236 Movement

The Calibre 2236 is a new-generation self-winding mechanical movement entirely developed and manufactured by Rolex. Fitted with a Syloxi hairspring in silicon, also patented by Rolex, it offers a superlative level of chronometric performance.

The Calibre 2236 is insensitive to magnetic fields, the Syloxi hairspring provides great stability in the face of temperature variations. It remains up to 10 times more precise than a traditional hairspring in case of shocks. Of course, its patented geometry ensures its regularity in any position.
