Mah Jong
Designed by Hans Hopfer in 1971, the Mah Jong sofa is an iconic model of the Roche Bobois collections and offers total freedom of form and function. From three simple elements, stacked or juxtaposed, the Mah Jong allows for infinite compositions. Roche Bobois crafts each cushion by hand in a dedicated workshop.
Dressed in exclusive fabrics, the Mah Jong remains a reference for creativity and modularity.
Pulp Dining
Pulp is the first collaboration between Catalan designer Eugeni Quitllet and Roche Bobois. The collection of tables, chairs and armchairs has a biomorphic aesthetic eschewing straight lines, complemented by refined finishes.
Inspired by the living world, the collection draws on the dissociation of elements: the designer imagined each piece as a cluster of molecules
Sense Sofa
Designed by Studio Roche Bobois. This is a trendy revival of the 70s models.
This new model is inspired by Tangram and Digital. It features a very organic design, with a seat resembling a pebble on which a serpentine-shaped backrest has been placed. The lines are deep and marked. We find the signature feature of the Tangram, with the lounge chair being integrated directly into the sofa.
In Marshmallow stretch fabric, the sofa offers the best possible comfort.
The leather version features backrests that are still serpentine but with leather cut on wider forms. A pleated leather results, again typical of the 1970s, with surprising visual comfort, confirmed when seated.
The new Cosmos leather dresses the corner composition. It is a rectified grain but of an incredible quality. The leather is totally smooth and not embossed. The selection of the raw hides is very rigorous (1st quality only). The pigmentation, due to the selection of raw hides, is done in thin layers, so the touch is exceptional for rectified leather.
The two versions exist in all possible combinations.
Allusion Sofa
Designed by Sacha Lakic, the Allusion Sofa has a structured frame for a sleek, minimalist look, with gentle curves to lend a softness to the shape.
Upholstered in Nuage fabric (31% viscose, 21% cotton, 21% acrylic, 11% wool, 7% linen, 5% polyester). Seat in bi-density polyurethane foam 25-35 kg/m³. Back in polyurethane foam, density 25 kg/m³. Lumbar cushions in polyester fibre flakes. Structure in solid fir wood and pine plywood.
Base in aluminium in matte bronze varnish. Deco cushions are optional.
BomBom Sofa
With Bombom, visual artist Joana Vasconcelos utilized fluid and organic shapes to design a luxurious set of complementary sofas. The colour choices are a reflection of her optimism and creativity: fresh, bold colours highlighted by black details. All the back cushions are independently mobile, providing everyone with completely personalized comfort
Alliage Table
The central base of this model is made up of a bundle of steel trapezoids that come together at the bottom and flare out toward the top to create constantly renewed perspectives. The top is made of ceramic/glass composite (many finishes available).
This barrel-shaped version becomes a beautiful oval when the two extension leaves unfold. A fixed oval version with the same dimensions as the opened extension leaves is also available.
Eden Rock Dining table
Sacha Lakic, a designer with a passion for cutting-edge technology, has created ambitious designs for futuristic motorcycles and automobiles. In 2005, he created the Speed Up sideboard for Roche Bobois, featuring his signature elements: dynamic modelling of the material, play on volumes, high-tech storage, and lacquered finishes. Lakic’s pieces are fluid and sleek, a fusion between industry and emotion, reason and passion. In 2008, he created Bel Air, Roche Bobois’ first outdoor collection, with sensual lines, both supple and free.
